PROJECT DESCRIPTION : The project consists of two buildings: 

1. Low rise building comprises a ground floor, mezzanine floor, 2 upper floors and five basements.

2. High rise building comprises 2 blocks: the podium that comprises a ground floor and six basements and the tower that comprises  a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, 42 upper floors, roof, top of roof and six basements

PROJECT MISSION : Design Review, Structural Consultancy and Shop Drawings Control, Verification and Elaboration including bar bending schedules.
