PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The building subject of our mission is an existing complex constructed in the 60’s&90’s and that served, at this period of time, as commercial/office Bldg.

PROJECT MISSION: A technical assessment of the complex’s existing structure with regard to solidity, visual inspection, test campaign (concrete, steel …), reinforcement investigation, and all related documents and execution drawings for building strengthening while confirming the possibility of adding several floors to the existing Building.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The structure is a part of the existing 40-rooms Chehab Palace serving as the residence of the Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon.

The substructure consists of one basement while the superstructure consists of a Ground floor and one upper floor, in addition to the roof.
